When most people think about artisanal cheeses, they automatically jump to thoughts of Europe. But the United States is home to some of the most glorious, delicious, and highly decorated cheeses in the world. Celebrate American Cheese Month by joining us at Ama for an immersive Cheese 101 class all about American-made cheeses!

During our workshop, you’ll get to explore the diverse world and history of American cheeses with a curated selection of five distinct cheese styles, all made by incredible American cheesemakers. From creamy softies to hard wedges, each cheese tells a story of craftsmanship, culture, and terroir.

Included is a welcome spritz to whet your palate.
