Join us in a delightful journey through the world of cheese with our exclusive Cheese 101 class, led by none other than Alice Bergen Phillips, the visionary behind Cheesemonster. Cheesemonster, dedicated to promoting artisanal cheese and cheese education since 2017, brings a wealth of passion to this experience.During our immersive workshop, you'll explore the diverse world of cheese with a curated selection of five distinct cheese styles, all made by female cheesemakers in the United States. From creamy bries to sharp cheddars, each cheese tells a story of craftsmanship, culture, and terroir.
