Parmigiano Reggiano, Gorgonzola, Pecorino, Ricotta, Mozzarella... the list of famous Italian cheeses goes on and on! Why not celebrate the wonder and beauty that is Italian cheese by joining Cheesemonster at Ama for an immersive Italian Cheese 101 class!

During our workshop, you’ll get to explore the diverse world and history of Italian cheeses with a curated selection of five distinct cheese styles. Some you may recognize, some may be new to your palate, but all of them help to tell the story of Italy and it's people. And all of them are sure to be absolutely delicious!
